Associate, Investment (Asia Pacific ex. China and India)

The Associate, Investment role focuses on Asia Pacific markets excluding China and India. Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across private equity, public equity, and fund investments and co-investments. The Associate will conduct due diligence, perform financial benchmarking and valuation analysis, build financial models, and prepare investment memos for committee approval. Additional duties include monitoring existing portfolio companies and supporting value creation initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier buy-side firm, investment bank, or in corporate finance or M&A. Proficiency in research platforms such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ is expected. Demonstrated interest in investment, strong commercial intuition, and an ownership mindset are key attributes.
