Investment Associate at Stride Ventures

Stride Ventures is seeking an Investment Associate to serve as the analytical and execution backbone of the investment team, encompassing the complete investment lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Evaluation \& Due Diligence — Analyze financial statements, business models, competitive positioning, and assess investment risks

- Financial Analysis \& Modeling — Create financial models, conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing

- Market \& Industry Research — Identify emerging trends and analyze competitive landscapes

- Investment Committee \& Deal Execution — Prepare memoranda and presentations; support transaction processes

- Portfolio Monitoring — Track performance metrics and support strategic initiatives

- Relationship Management — Build networks with entrepreneurs, experts, and co-investors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field

- 2-5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or transaction advisory

- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
