Key Responsibilities

- Venture Origination: Generate concepts from global trends and identify Canadian market gaps

- Rapid Validation: Conduct customer interviews, create MVPs, and run experiments using AI tools

- Investment Development: Synthesize insights into opinionated investment memos and define go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

- Experience building from scratch (0→1 environments)

- Strong product judgment and high-velocity execution

- AI proficiency and intrinsic motivation

- Clear communication and extreme ownership
