Investment Manager, Fund-of-Funds

Join us and be part of the journey. \n Responsibilities Foster collaboration between portfolio funds with local deep tech ecosystem including start-ups, VCs, corporates, research institutes, and institutions of higher learning Support business development and/or value creation efforts to deliver strategic objectives Monitor fund’s developmental progress as well as financial performance including reviewing fund financial reports, benchmarking against peers/funds of similar vintage Assist Partner and senior members of the team to conduct due diligence, risk assessment, structure and negotiate investment terms considering both financial and developmental objectives Liaise and work closely with Legal and Finance within SGGC, as well as colleagues from other local agencies and institutions to provide support and execute Fund-of-Funds strategy Prepare periodic management and other reports as necessary, for presentation to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; exposure to startups, venture ecosystems, or deep tech–focused agencies is advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality materials and deliver effective presentations Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Mature, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals across different levels Self-driven team player with a proactive mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical capabilities, with a solid foundation in finance, valuation, and financial modelling \n
