Investment Manager / Associate Principal, Digital Economy

SG Growth Capital is the strategic investment platform of Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore. We provide capital, networks and expertise to help portfolio companies scale across the region and globally. Through our investment arms EDBI and SEEDS, we back global leaders and local startups to drive innovation, create good jobs and support Singapore's long-term economic resilience. Our investments focus on high-growth sectors including the Digital Economy, Green and Bio-Economy, Next-Gen Hardware, Healthcare, and other select industry clusters. Responsibilities: Market research and deal-sourcing: Research, analyse and synthesize technology and innovation trends to identify and originate global investment opportunities. Due diligence: Assess commercial viability and conduct due diligence on investment targets. Structure investments and negotiate investment terms. Portfolio management: Conduct portfolio management including assessing corporate actions and strategy implementation to grow value. Requirements: At least 4 years of working experience in the relevant sectors. Additional Finance-related qualification such as MBA or CFA would be of significant advantage.
