Analyst / Associate, Investment & Asset Management

About the role: this position supports investment underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management across the firm's Pan-Asian real estate products and funds.

Responsibilities:

- Support underwriting and due diligence for new real estate investments

- Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and presentations

- Monitor investment performance through regular interaction with local asset managers across the region

- Develop and maintain financial models for asset management planning

- Support portfolio management, including quarterly and annual reporting

- Respond to investor queries on fund performance and operations

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate and/or investment industries (buy or sell side)

- Strong Excel-based cash flow modelling and financial analysis skills

- Fluent English; an additional Asian language is a plus
