About This Role
Revaia, a leading independent European growth equity investor, is seeking an Energy Transition Growth Equity Investment Intern for a 6-month internship starting mid-June 2026. Based in Paris, the intern will be fully integrated into the investment team, working directly with Partners leading the Energy Transition fund.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: In-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities; participation in industry forums and energy/climate-related events
- Fund Structuring & Fundraising Support: Assist Partners in structuring the Energy Transition fund and fundraising process, including sourcing potential LPs and preparing presentation materials
- Dealflow Development: Sector and thematic research across energy transition, climate and decarbonization technologies; participation in select meetings with companies, advisors, and partners; preparation of investment memos
- ESG & Impact: Contribution to the design and structuring of the fund's impact measurement framework, including definition of methodologies and KPIs
Profile Requirements:
- Full-time commitment for 6 months starting mid-June or July 2026
- Final year Master's student from a top-tier business, engineering or political school
- Previous internship in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting (energy, utilities, or sustainability focus preferred)
- Strong interest in energy transition, climate technologies and sustainable industrial transformation
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and oral communication in both English and French
