Investment Associate, Private Capital - Financial Services

Ontario Teachers Private Capital is one of the world largest, most sophisticated pools of private capital, actively seeking opportunities for partnership and to invest in companies looking to grow.

The Financial Services team explores opportunities investing in property and casualty insurance, asset and wealth management, consumer finance, commercial finance, financial technology and services businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate potential investment opportunities across the Financial Services sector

- Execute transactions and manage existing portfolio investments

- Support transactions with other sector teams as required

- Play a key role in evaluating, executing, and monitoring direct private equity investments in North America

Qualifications:

- Strong background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity

- Deep interest in financial services sector

- CFA charter or progress towards it is highly regarded

- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills
