Role Overview

As Principal, you will be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and executing top-tier investment opportunities in technology companies across the Nordic region and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate early-stage and growth investment opportunities in technology

- Lead investment due diligence and author investment memos

- Support portfolio companies post-investment with strategy, fundraising, and talent

- Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, and LPs

Requirements

- Experience in venture capital or investment banking with technology focus

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Network within the Nordic and European startup ecosystem

- Excellent communication skills in English; Scandinavian language a plus
