Key responsibilities include:

- Managing restructuring and improvement processes at portfolio companies to implement and improve sound cash management processes

- Conducting financial analyses, developing and integrating financial models, and critically evaluating business cases in partnership with the Mutares restructuring team

- Preparing and executing financing solutions including factoring arrangements, asset-based funding, and credit lines

- Improving financial statement closing processes and other finance/controlling workflows, including assistance with financial statement preparation and audit

- Managing relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, financial advisers, banks, and credit insurers

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree with outstanding academic results, at least 6 years of experience at a Big4 firm or management consulting firm (preferably restructuring focused), or in the Controlling/Finance department of an industrial firm with restructuring exposure.
