Role Overview

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) — the global private real estate investment management business of Morgan Stanley, managing $58 billion of gross real estate assets worldwide across 17 offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia — is hiring a Vice President for its Fund Portfolio Management team in Asia. The role focuses primarily on managing the Pan-Asia real estate diversified open-ended core fund.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Pan-Asia real estate diversified open-ended core fund as part of the regional Fund Portfolio Management team

- Support the fund's investment strategy execution, portfolio construction, and ongoing asset performance monitoring across the region

- Work with regional real estate professionals combining global perspective with local market presence and transaction execution expertise
