Investor Relations Manager (DACH)

## Role Overview

Investor Relations Manager (DACH) at Moonfare, a Berlin-headquartered fintech that gives high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices access to institutional-quality private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment opportunities through its digital platform. Moonfare operates from eight offices across Europe, the US, and Asia.

## Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices

- Act as a trusted partner providing insights, education, and guidance on private markets investments and portfolio construction

- Support and execute private equity fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management

- Take a proactive role in investor portfolio management, including portfolio reviews and identifying optimization opportunities

- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth

- Prepare client materials including investment memos, reports, portfolio updates, and presentations

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, or a related field
