Investment Manager/Director

Maxburg Capital Partners GmbH is seeking an Investment Manager/Director to join its investment team in Munich, Germany.

Requirements:

- 0-10 years of work experience at a leading professional services or finance-related company (Consulting, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Start-Ups or other)

- Investing experience irrespective of asset class

- Strong technical and numerical skills (modelling, financial & commercial analysis)

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong academic track record

- Outstanding problem-solving skills (analytics, structuring)

- High level of commitment, energy, and creativity

- Self-starters: capable of taking the initiative and working independently as well as in teams

- Excellent communication skills plus fluency in English and German (mostly DACH, so German fluency is essential)

- Good business judgment coupled with appropriate common sense
