Director, Investments

Keppel Fund Management & Investment is seeking a Director, Investments to lead infrastructure investment activities across the regional market. This role manages the end-to-end investment process, focusing on originating potential deals, structuring and executing transactions, and delivering maximum risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Supporting senior management in fundraising activities

- Analyzing, originating, structuring, negotiating, recommending and closing new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation per the Investment Committee mandate

- Monitoring key markets to source suitable investment opportunities and recommend investment strategies delivering superior long-term risk-adjusted returns

- Building and maintaining relationships with investment partners, service providers, brokers and real estate market participants across targeted markets

- Generating market awareness of Keppel's investment mandate

- Planning and implementing asset management and investment exit strategies

- Responsible for periodic investor reporting including quarterly, annual and bespoke reports regarding assets

- Benchmarking asset performance against the market to ensure investment return targets are achieved

- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements: At least 12 years of relevant investment experience in fund management or corporate finance/M&A in a corporate principal investment team, specialising in power, energy and/or infrastructure. Strong financial modelling skills, proficiency with infrastructure and private equity market research, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
