Associate, Value Creation

Role Overview

Keppel's Infrastructure Fund Management platform is hiring an Associate, Value Creation to support value creation initiatives across the firm's infrastructure portfolio companies in Singapore. The role sits within Keppel's Infrastructure business segment, working alongside the investment team to drive growth, efficiency, and performance improvement post-investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Leverage market insights, financial and operational data to identify and prioritise value creation opportunities across portfolio companies.

- Oversee the planning and execution of value creation initiatives at portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment thesis and delivery of investment outcomes.

- Manage post-deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies, including Day 1 readiness, execution of the 100-day plan, and governance setup.

- Collaborate with the investment team on due diligence of target investments, assessing their value creation potential.

- Review, guide and maintain the development of financial models to enable value creation planning, forecasting, and capital structure optimisation.

- Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development and enhance team performance.

- Monitor and report on business, financial, and operational performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on value creation progress.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field, or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience; a background in management consulting, business operations and strategy, or post-deal integration is an advantage.
