VC Associate

Iliad Partners, a Dubai-based early-stage venture capital firm focused on MENA technology, is seeking a VC Associate to join its investment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deal Sourcing: Systematically identify and qualify startups within investment criteria; build ecosystem networks across MENA

- Due Diligence: Conduct company evaluations including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and investment valuation

- Investment Execution: Support legal reviews, deal negotiations, and transaction closing

- Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to investor reporting

Requirements

- 2–4+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting

- Financial modeling and investment valuation expertise

- Emerging markets / MENA knowledge preferred

- MBA from a top business school preferred

- English fluency required; Arabic advantageous

Compensation: Base salary, performance bonus, and carried interest participation.
