Senior Associate, Portfolio Management Group - Quantitative Research and Strategy

Hamilton Lane, a global private markets investment firm with $1.0 trillion in assets under management and supervision, is hiring a Senior Associate for its Portfolio Management Group (PMG) in Singapore, focused on Strategy and Research.

PMG oversees discretionary portfolios from initial proposal through construction and winddown, sitting at the intersection of sales, investments, and operations. The Strategy and Research function works with Hamilton Lane's proprietary market data sets to advise institutional and private wealth clients on private markets asset allocation, portfolio construction, and performance.

Key responsibilities include advising global clients on portfolio analysis and asset allocation, building and enhancing portfolio models (cash flow forecasting, pacing, optimization), contributing to the firm's portfolio construction framework, authoring research on private markets topics, and mentoring junior analysts. Over time the role can expand into Investment Placement, Implementation and Oversight, or Performance Analytics.

Hamilton Lane operates across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East with roughly 800 employees, specializing in flexible, full-spectrum access to private markets for institutional and private wealth investors.
