Senior Investment Manager Private Markets - Private Debt

HAGIM GmbH, a German asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Manager for their Private Markets division, based in Frankfurt. The role focuses on private debt investments across the firm's managed portfolios.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and monitor private debt investments within the portfolio

- Manage due diligence processes for new fund managers and investment opportunities

- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders including fund managers and LPs

- Oversee return analysis and cash flow monitoring for private debt positions

- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting tools and dashboards

- Contribute to the firm's investment strategy and manager selection process

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Deep expertise in private debt and private markets investment

- Knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures

- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills, including VBA

- Excellent communication skills in both German and English

- Proven experience in an institutional asset management or investment environment
