About This Role

Golding Capital Partners, one of Europe's leading independent asset managers specializing in alternative investments, is seeking a Manager / Director for Institutional Clients – Banks (Remote, Germany). The firm manages over €15 billion in assets with a focus on Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Secondaries.

The Role

You will play a central role in expanding Golding's institutional business in the German banking sector. Working with entrepreneurial responsibility and significant autonomy, you will focus on cooperative banks (Genossenschaftsbanken) and savings banks (Sparkassen), growing this strategic customer segment.

Strategically develop and grow the Genossenschaftsbanken and Sparkassen client segment. Build and maintain decision-maker level relationships, developing them into long-term, high-value partnerships. Identify market opportunities early and translate them into concrete sales approaches and ideas for new investment solutions. Represent Golding at client meetings, industry events, and within your professional network.
