Associate/AVP, Quantitative Strategist, Private Equity

GIC Private Equity (PE) operates one of the largest and broadest private equity programmes globally, investing across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in Healthcare, Consumer, Financial Services, Technology, Industrials, Sustainable Energy, and Infrastructure. GIC PE invests through fund managers and directly in equity, senior and junior debt, secondary PE deals, restructuring, opportunistic credit, and special situations, with over 100 active fund manager relationships and direct investments in more than 1,000 companies globally.

As a Quantitative Strategist in Private Equity, you will harness GIC's internal and external data across public and private markets to extract insights and accelerate GIC's ability to identify differentiating investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Generate Differentiated Investment Insights: Leverage data, analytics, and AI to identify risks, opportunities, and insights that enhance investment decision-making.

- Partner with Deal Teams: Work closely with investment teams to shape investment theses, evaluate opportunities, and support portfolio monitoring.

- Build Scalable Analytics & AI Solutions: Develop reusable tools, models, and data products applicable across deals, sectors, and portfolio companies.

- Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Quickly prototype new analytical approaches and AI applications.

- Spearhead AI Integration: Champion the adoption of AI and quantitative research to enhance investment analysis and decision-making.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for AI and quantitative analysis, and knowledge of Private Equity or related investment domains.
