Associate, Real Estate, Asia Strategic Investments - Equity Focus at GIC — Singapore

GIC, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds with over trillion AUM and 2,000+ employees across 11 locations, is seeking an Associate to join its Asia Strategic Investments Group (ASIG) in Singapore. ASIG has a pan-Asia real estate investment mandate and invests across the capital stack via equity, credit, funds & co-investments, secondaries, special situations, and corporate-style investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen and evaluate equity investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and investment feasibility assessment

- Assist in executing and managing equity, fund, co-investment, platform, and corporate investments

- Support the full investment lifecycle from sourcing through portfolio monitoring

- Contribute to portfolio construction and reporting across the ASIG mandate

The Real Estate arm of GIC covers over 40 countries and spans multiple property sectors including office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality, data centres, life sciences, and healthcare properties.

Requirements:

- Degree from a reputable university

- Relevant experience in real estate investment or alternative assets

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- Interest in pan-Asia real estate markets
