Assistant Manager / Manager, Investment (Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust)

Frasers Property is hiring for its Investment Team responsible for growing and enhancing Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange with a global expansion mandate. The Assistant Manager / Manager will support underwriting and execution of transactions, financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities, and carry out due diligence covering legal, technical and valuation review alongside sale and purchase agreements and other transaction documents.

The role includes working with senior team members to prepare bids and structure investment deals, preparing investment theses and proposals for deal approval, and supporting equity fundraising projects.
