Private Equity Analyst – Infrastructure and Industrials

Flynn and Chase is hiring an Analyst (1-2 years experience) to join the Infrastructure Investment Team of a leading European private markets platform. This is a strong opportunity for an M&A or Investment Banking Analyst to transition into the buy-side, working across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments within infrastructure. The platform manages multi-billion-euro programmes for institutional investors and has an established track record across European infrastructure.

What you will do: Support the full investment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring. Analyse infrastructure funds and direct and co-investment opportunities across Europe and OECD markets. Build and review financial models (DCF, LBO, project/asset models) and return analyses. Prepare investment committee materials (memos, presentations, analysis). Contribute to portfolio construction, performance tracking, and reporting. Support fundraising and client communication activities. Track key sectors including energy transition, transport, digital infrastructure, utilities, and social infrastructure.

Your Profile: 1-2 years of experience in M&A or Investment Banking. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with transaction exposure. Interest in infrastructure and real assets investing. Excellent academic background. Fluent English and German required. Munich-based position.
