Manager / Senior Manager, Private Equity Value Creation

A premier European strategy consultancy is expanding its Private Equity Value Creation practice across the DACH region and is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager based in Munich or other major DACH cities.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and investment, working directly with leading private equity investors on portfolio company transformation programs.

Key responsibilities: leading end-to-end workstreams on value creation projects for PE-backed portfolio companies; translating investment theses into actionable value creation plans with clear KPIs; managing and mentoring project teams; supporting growth of the PE value creation offering in the DACH region; delivering rapid post-deal value creation assessments covering commercial diagnostics, growth strategy, pricing optimization, and cost efficiency; designing and executing operational improvement programs across industrials, automotive, transport, and business services; and preparing exit-readiness materials including equity storylines and buyer-facing KPI frameworks.

Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy, transaction advisory, or private equity value creation environment. Fluency in both German and English is required.
