Role Overview

ESR Group is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Fund Management & Capital team in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Director, Fund Management & Capital. The role supports and manages all stages of the fundraising process — from initial marketing through to final documentation — for ESR's real estate and logistics investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver responses to investor RFPs/RFIs/questions supporting various fund raises.

- Prepare standard (INREV and other) DDQ documents for fundraises.

- Work with external stakeholders to develop investor presentations and marketing collaterals (factsheets, videos, asset photo-shoots).

- Support drafting of fund documentation including term sheets, LPAs and subscription agreements.

- Organize/attend real estate property tours and industry conferences.

- Represent the IR function in commercial meetings and day-to-day investor exchanges.

- Maintain investor and fundraising information (meeting notes, pipelines, data rooms) via ESR's CRM.

- Coordinate Investment Committee memos for new fundraises and fund establishment with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Economics.

- 3-5 years of experience (Senior Analyst level) within a placement agent, real estate investment manager, investment bank, or private equity fund with an investor relations focus.

- Practical fundraising experience from initial marketing through final documentation; real estate involvement preferred.

- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

- Candidates should be detailed, reliable and hands-on, with strong multi-faceted project management and delegation skills, comfortable operating under pressure across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

- Fluent English; Mandarin, Japanese or Korean a plus.
