About the Role

This role supports EMEA investment teams through the complete deal lifecycle. The position targets recent graduates with graduate degrees seeking entry into private equity. Start date: Q2/Q3 2026, based in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in full deal cycles from sourcing to closing

- Support deal sourcing: market analysis, competitor research

- Conduct industry analysis, peer comparisons, and market sizing

- Build financial models and perform valuations

- Create materials for investment committees

- Manage transaction logistics and monitor portfolio performance

Qualifications

- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

- Minimum one year of investment banking or financial services experience

- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative
