The successful candidate will originate and execute high-quality mandates, manage senior client relationships, and shape the firm's market strategy. Key Responsibilities: Implement the firm's market strategy. Originate mandates across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Assist in transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries. Candidate Profile: 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or advisory.
