Operating within a focused and experienced team, the firm seeks to identify, support, and scale businesses that are poised for substantial market impact. This Director-level position is central to the firm's continued expansion and investment activities in the region.

As a Venture Capital Investment Director, you will be responsible for driving key aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal origination through to portfolio management and exit. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in venture capital or growth equity, possessing strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of technology and market trends relevant to the firm's investment thesis.

Key responsibilities will include:

Deal Sourcing and Origination:* Proactively identify, evaluate, and engage with promising early-stage and growth-stage companies across relevant sectors. Cultivate and expand a robust network within the entrepreneurial, venture capital, and corporate ecosystems to generate a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities aligned with the firm's mandate.

Due Diligence and Investment Analysis:* Lead comprehensive financial, commercial, and technical due diligence processes for potential investments. Develop detailed financial models, market analyses, and investment memoranda to support informed decision-making by the investment committee.

Transaction Execution:* Structure and negotiate investment terms, working closely with legal counsel and other advisors to execute transactions efficiently. Ensure all investment documentation is robust and aligned with the firm's objectives.

Portfolio Management and Value Creation:* Actively monitor and support existing portfolio companies, working with management teams to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and implement strategic initiatives. Represent the firm on portfolio company boards or advisory committees as required.

Market Engagement and Thought Leadership:* Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes. Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and market presence through research, analysis, and participation in relevant industry events.
