Head of Investor Relations - Private Equity Fund

It operates at the forefront of the private equity industry, managing substantial capital on behalf of institutional investors worldwide. As Head of Investor Relations, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the firm's dialogue with its Limited Partners (LPs), ensuring transparency, fostering trust, and communicating the firm's investment philosophy and performance effectively within a rigorous and professional framework.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, key responsibilities for this role include:

Investor Relationship Management:* Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and consultants globally. This involves regular proactive engagement, responding to inquiries, and facilitating investor due diligence processes.

Fundraising Support:* Leading and coordinating capital raising initiatives for new and existing private equity funds. This includes preparing comprehensive offering materials, managing data rooms, and supporting roadshow activities alongside the investment team.

Investor Communications:* Overseeing the preparation and distribution of all investor communications, including quarterly reports, annual letters, performance updates, and ad-hoc market commentary. Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all external messaging.

Strategic Input:* Providing senior management with critical insights into investor sentiment, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions related to product development and capital allocation.

Internal Coordination:* Collaborating closely with investment professionals, finance, legal, and compliance teams to gather information, ensure data integrity, and streamline reporting processes.

Compliance and Governance:* Ensuring all investor relations activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
