Shape investment thesis, build deal pipeline, and drive outsized returns. Lead end-to-end investment process: source proprietary deals, conduct due diligence, structure terms, negotiate with founders, manage portfolio value creation. Build relationships with co-investors, family offices, corporates, and LPs across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Middle East. Requires 20+ years direct VC experience with proven track record of leading deals from $5M-$50M ticket sizes. Former GP/Partner or Head of Investments at established VC fund. Realized exits (IPOs/M&A) generating 3x+ net returns. MBA from top-tier institution; Mandarin fluency preferred.
