The Role: Investment Manager / Director - Private Equity

As an Investment Manager / Director, you will assume a leadership position, overseeing critical aspects of the investment lifecycle. This senior role demands a comprehensive understanding of private equity dynamics, from initial deal origination through to successful exits.

Key responsibilities include:

Deal Sourcing and Origination:* Proactively identify and assess new investment opportunities that align with the firm's mandate and investment criteria. Cultivate relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and industry contacts to build a robust deal pipeline.

Due Diligence and Evaluation:* Lead and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, operational, and legal assessments. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to evaluate investment attractiveness and risks.

Financial Analysis and Valuation:* Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda to support investment decisions. Present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.
