Key Responsibilities:

The Director, QLD Office Lead, will be responsible for:

Market Leadership & Strategy:* Defining and executing the firm's investment strategy for Queensland, establishing the Brisbane office, and building a high-performing local team.

Deal Origination & Sourcing:* Proactively identifying, cultivating, and evaluating new private equity investment opportunities across industries within Queensland and the broader Australian market. This involves developing a robust network of intermediaries, advisors, and corporate contacts.

Investment Execution:* Leading all stages of the investment lifecycle, from initial screening, detailed financial modeling, and comprehensive due diligence to transaction structuring, negotiation, and successful closing of deals.

Portfolio Management & Value Creation:* Actively overseeing and supporting portfolio companies, including serving on their boards. This involves partnering with management teams to implement strategic plans, drive operational enhancements, and prepare for successful exits.
