Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of strategic business plans for the Venture Capital investment division, ensuring alignment with the institution's overarching objectives and risk appetite.
* Oversee the operational framework of VC investment processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing best practices to ensure efficiency, scalability, and robust governance across the investment lifecycle.
* Manage comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for the VC portfolio. Provide critical insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management and investment teams to support informed decision-making.
* Establish and maintain rigorous reporting mechanisms, delivering clear and actionable intelligence on investment performance, operational metrics, and market trends specific to the Venture Capital landscape.
* Collaborate closely with investment professionals, legal, compliance, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of VC investment strategies and strict adherence to institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
* Drive projects focused on operational improvements, technological adoption, and process standardization across all aspects of the VC investment business, from deal sourcing to portfolio management and exit.
* Contribute to the continuous refinement of risk management frameworks specific to Venture Capital investments, ensuring prudent oversight and compliance.
* Act as a central point of contact for operational queries and strategic initiatives pertaining to the VC investment platform.
