Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Research will be responsible for defining and executing Colliers’ research strategy for the private equity real estate market. This includes:

Strategic Leadership:* Define and direct the overall research function, setting strategic priorities and developing advanced methodologies to deliver accurate, forward-looking market insights specifically for private equity clients and internal leadership.

Market Analysis & Foresight:* Conduct rigorous analysis of global and regional real estate markets, macro-economic indicators, and capital market trends, translating these into actionable intelligence with clear implications for private equity investment strategies.

Insight Generation & Communication:* Synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations for private equity fund managers, institutional investors, and asset owners, presented through executive-level reports and presentations.

Data Architecture & Innovation:* Build, maintain, and enhance robust data sources, proprietary analytical models, and forecasting tools to underpin all research initiatives, ensuring data integrity and analytical excellence.

Thought Leadership & Representation:* Elevate Colliers' standing as an authority in private equity real estate research through active engagement with clients, participation in industry forums, and the publication of influential thought pieces.

Team Development:* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of research professionals, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, market expertise, and continuous improvement.
