Position DescriptionResponsible for supporting the CITIC CLSA Capital Partners (CPs) management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesTake an important role for the fundraising campaign for Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategiesMaintain effective relationship with primary market target clients, LPs, GPsGroup cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC SecuritiesProduce marketing materials and conduct business development analysis, provide recommendations for improvementManage business road-show, client meeting and eventsTake business trips for business developmentRequirementsMaster degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industryPrior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plusStrong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organizationNative speaking in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plusPrevious/existing SFC license holderExcellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and a good team player
