Associate Director / Director, Capital Partners

CLSA is seeking an Associate Director or Director for its Capital Partners team in Singapore, responsible for the origination, analysis, and execution of private equity and private credit investments across South East Asia.

The role requires leading deal origination efforts through various channels including corporates, intermediaries, banks, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee investments end-to-end — from origination and negotiation of terms through analysis and underwriting, investment committee approval, execution, post-deal monitoring, and exit. Responsibilities include leading client conversations and relationships, as well as putting together investment memos and financial models.
