Role Overview

China Merchants Capital, the private equity arm of China Merchants Group managing over US$43 billion in assets, is hiring a Post-Investment Management Associate. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Master's degree or above from a leading domestic or international university, in finance, accounting, law, economics or a related field; CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred

- 6+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, valuation, or transaction services at a Big Four accounting firm, with a strong performance track record

- Strong learning ability, analytical thinking, and business acumen

- Effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in writing professional due diligence reports in both Chinese and English
