Overseas Infrastructure Equity Investment - Managing Director (MD)

China Merchants Capital's Overseas Infrastructure Equity Investment team (USD-denominated fund) is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead strategy and investment execution across international infrastructure markets.

The role involves leading research and strategy formation for overseas infrastructure and new infrastructure sectors, originating and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, and overseeing post-investment management including exit planning and execution. The MD will also develop and expand the firm's ecosystem network across entrepreneurs, industry partners, and investment institutions, and will participate in fund brand building and fundraising activities.

Key Requirements:

- Master's degree or above from a top domestic or international institution

- 10+ years of equity investment experience with a proven track record leading complete overseas infrastructure investment cycles (fundraising, investing, managing, exiting)

- Deep familiarity with leading overseas infrastructure investment managers and insight into infrastructure sector landscape and trends

- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting; CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred

- Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and cross-department communication skills

- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and resource integration capabilities
