Role Summary:

The Vice President, Business Systems Applications will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing optimization of critical business applications that underpin the Private Equity investment lifecycle. This includes systems supporting deal sourcing, portfolio management, financial operations, investor relations, and reporting. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, deep understanding of private equity operations, and strong leadership to align technology solutions with core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the strategic roadmap for business applications within the Private Equity division, ensuring technology solutions directly support business objectives and operational efficiency.

* Lead the selection, implementation, integration, and enhancement of core platforms such as CRM, deal management, portfolio monitoring systems, valuation tools, and financial reporting applications.

* Partner directly with investment professionals, finance, operations, and compliance teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive user adoption of new and existing systems.

* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all Private Equity business systems to facilitate reliable reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders and external investors.

* Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements for third-party software providers, ensuring high-quality service and value.

* Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains through system enhancements and integration, fostering continuous improvement.

* Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization and continuous improvement of application functionality.
