Director, Investor Relations - Private Equity (C-Suite)

Brookfield, a premier global alternative asset manager, seeks a seasoned Director, Investor Relations to join its Private Equity team. This C-suite level position offers a significant opportunity to shape investor engagement strategies and contribute directly to the growth of a leading private equity platform.

As a key member of the Private Equity Investor Relations group, the Director will play a critical role in managing relationships with a sophisticated global investor base. This involves representing Brookfield's private equity capabilities to institutional limited partners (LPs), ensuring clear communication, and supporting capital formation initiatives. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of private equity markets and a proven ability to interact effectively with institutional investors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.

* Lead the preparation and distribution of comprehensive investor communications, including quarterly reports, annual letters, and ad-hoc updates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

* Oversee the creation of detailed investor materials, such as fund offering memoranda, investor presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and data room content.

* Act as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses on fund performance, strategy, and market conditions.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment professionals, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure consistent messaging and data integrity across all investor interactions.

* Contribute to fundraising efforts by coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, and assisting with strategic investor outreach initiatives.

* Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and investor preferences to inform and refine Brookfield's investor relations approach within the private equity sector.

* Represent Brookfield at industry conferences and investor forums, effectively articulating the firm's private equity investment philosophy and value proposition.

* Provide strategic input on investor relations initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of investor engagement processes and materials.
