Associate, Diligence Management, Infrastructure (Contract)

Brookfield's Global Client Group (GCG) is hiring an Associate on its Diligence Management team to support fund due diligence across Brookfield's infrastructure and energy funds. Brookfield is one of the world's largest alternative asset managers, with a 100+ year heritage of owning and operating assets that form the backbone of the global economy. GCG manages institutional relationships, strategic partnerships, and raises capital for Brookfield's private funds and affiliate managers.

The Diligence Management team owns the end-to-end fund due diligence process for Brookfield's private funds, from fund launch and initial client interest through Investment Committee approval. The Associate will partner with Client Relationship Managers, Fundraise Management, Investor Relations, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, and Tax to deliver a best-in-class diligence experience for prospective investors and drive client conversions for the infrastructure and energy strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing due diligence deliverables during fundraising -- DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, and IDD/ODD presentations -- and completing the quarterly suite of deliverables for consultants, including regular data and content updates to consultant databases. The Associate will work closely with Investor Relations and investment professionals to respond to investor diligence requests, plan and oversee interactions between prospective investors and investment teams (including calls, meetings, asset tours, and on-site due diligence days), and create initial diligence materials ahead of fund launch such as standard DDQs, investor presentations, PPMs, case studies, and quantitative datasets. Over time, the Associate is expected to build deep expertise in Brookfield's infrastructure and energy product offerings and become a client-facing contact who can clearly communicate the Brookfield story to investors.

Required qualifications: a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or another relevant discipline, plus 4+ years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services, or another fundraising/client-facing function. Experience in the infrastructure/energy sector is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with investment products and services and a strong understanding of the infrastructure/energy asset class. Strong project management skills are required, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple simultaneous projects in a global, cross-jurisdictional environment.
