Role Overview

Blackstone's Real Estate Private Equity Group is seeking a Senior Associate to evaluate and execute investments across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on Southeast Asia real estate and digital infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead acquisitions activities including extensive property due diligence, site visits, and deal execution

- Prepare investment analyses and presentations for the investment committee

- Cover diverse sectors: data centers, office, warehouses, and hotels

- Manage existing portfolio assets operationally

- Maintain relationships with portfolio companies and asset managers

- Collaborate across regional and global teams and internal stakeholders (portfolio management, finance, legal, compliance)

Required Qualifications

- 5–7 years of finance experience in real estate or infrastructure

- Bachelor's degree with honors from a top-tier institution

- Strong analytical and project management capabilities

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI applications

- Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills
