Fund Operation Manager (VP)

BEENEXT is a Singapore-based venture capital firm investing in tech startups across Southeast Asia and India. As Fund Operation Manager (VP), you will manage all operational aspects of the fund lifecycle — from LP onboarding and investor relations to regulatory compliance and fund accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with MAS regulations

- Coordinate portfolio company onboarding including KYC, AML, and operational setup

- Lead LP communication, regular reporting, and investor inquiries

- Conduct initial reviews of fund-related legal agreements and investment contracts

- Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs and new investees

- Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics

- Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs

- Support due diligence processes for potential investments

- Maintain accurate fund accounting records including NAV calculations

- Liaise with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in VC, private equity, fund operations, or audit

- Strong understanding of fund structures, LP agreements, and regulatory compliance (MAS)

- Startup-minded and self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
