Private Equity Analyst / Associate, 2027 (Hong Kong/Shanghai)

About the role: this is a two-year Analyst/Associate program based in Hong Kong or Shanghai, with potential for ongoing employment afterward. Analysts/Associates gain broad exposure to industries, deal types, and deal volume, and complete a comprehensive global training program covering Bain Capital's value-added investment approach — combining fundamental strategic analysis with financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities.
