The Opportunity

We're looking for a VP / Director / Principal to join our investment team. The title will reflect your experience and track record.

You'll lead investments from origination through execution: sourcing opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and working closely with platforms after closing.

Beyond individual deals, you'll help shape Aven's investment strategy, strengthen our network of founders and advisors, and contribute to building the fund itself. You'll work directly with the partners and play an active role in defining how we identify opportunities, create value, and grow the firm.
