Private Equity Fund Manager

ARTE Capital Management, an asset management firm focused on the China and Middle Eastern markets, is hiring a Private Equity Fund Manager for its Hong Kong team, reporting to the Group Chairman.

About the role: the manager will source, screen, and execute private equity and growth-equity deals across the Chinese technology industry chain, spanning TMT, AI, semiconductors, consumer tech, new materials, and the low-altitude economy.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring

- Own the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion, targeting several high-quality investments per year

- Drive post-investment value creation and exit preparation for portfolio companies

- Support fund strategy, LP reporting, and investor relations

- Build and maintain a high-quality Chinese tech deal pipeline

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of buy-side private equity or growth equity investment experience

- Track record of at least 10 completed deals as a core member or deal lead

- Deep network across China's tech sector (AI, semiconductors, enterprise software, consumer tech)

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin; CFA/MBA preferred

Compensation is highly competitive (base plus performance bonus), with direct involvement in investment decisions and travel to Mainland China and the Middle East.
