Investment Manager - Renewable Energy

The firm structures and manages funds focused on wind and solar parks across Europe, covering fund and asset management, project development, and operation management across the full value chain of renewable energy investments.

The firm is expanding its team and seeks an Investment Manager to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in renewable energy assets, with a focus on wind, solar, and energy storage segments. A key responsibility involves the commercial management of an established joint venture with a leading European infrastructure fund.

The role includes conducting thorough financial analyses and due diligence assessments to evaluate economic viability and return potential, preparing and presenting investment proposals to senior stakeholders, and working closely with internal teams in project development and legal, as well as external partners and advisors. The Investment Manager will monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations in the energy sector, and will contribute to refining investment strategy and building effective portfolio management frameworks. Responsibilities also include supporting the structuring and negotiation of financing models and contractual arrangements.

Candidates should have a degree in economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, and five to ten years of experience in investments and M&A within the energy or infrastructure sector. Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities are required. Experience working with infrastructure fund structures and renewable energy project transactions is highly valued.
