Département : Infrastructure Capital Natural (NBS) Durée du stage : 6 mois Lieu : Paris Début : Mars 2027 A propos de l’équipe La mission couvrira les activités propres à un fonds d’investissement Infrastructure ainsi que des missions spécifiques au Capital Naturel. Cette stratégie vise l’investissement dans des projets de reforestation dont le sous-jacent est la vente de crédits carbone. Les géographies d’investissement visées sont principalement l’Amérique latine, l’Afrique ainsi que l’Asie du Sud-Est. La classe d’actifs a été développée au sein d’Ardian Infrastructure depuis un an et correspond à une expertise à part entière. En raison de la nature nouvelle de l’initiative, le stage offre un haut niveau d’exposition à l’investissement. L’expérience professionnelle et la capacité d’autonomie sont valorisées. Enfin, le candidat devra montrer un fort intérêt pour le marché carbone. Investissement : Construction de modèles financiers de valorisation de projets : prévisions, optimisation de la structure financière, études de sensibilité par actif ou sur portefeuille, Préparation de synthèses de valorisation présentées à l’ensemble de l’équipe Participation aux processus de Due Diligence (aspects financiers principalement) Suivi de marché des acteurs du marché du carbone Participation à l’élaboration de présentation pour le Fundraising Utilisation et créations de modèles uniques et propre au financement de projet en capital naturel Missions transverses : Analyse de nouveaux périmètres d’investissement (nouveaux pays ou secteurs) Analyse des principales transactions réalisées dans différents secteurs au cours des derniers mois Compétences requises Rigueur Motivation Autonomie Réactivité Esprit d’équipe et grandes qualités de communication Efficacité Le profil 3ème année (stage de fin d’études) ou 2ème année (2ème stage de césure) Grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce Anglais courant indispensable Une première expérience en stage en private equity fund, M&A ou Structure/Leveraged Finance team est appréciée Bonne connaissance des modèles financiers Bonne maîtrise d’Excel exigée Une culture du marché du carbone volontaire est appréciée Autres informations Gratification selon profil Enveloppe CSE Remboursement du titre de transport (66%) et tickets restaurant Convention de stage obligatoire – provenant d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur To enhance your recruitment prospects and prepare for potential interviews, please consult our Resource Center.
