Rôle : L’offre est à pourvoir au sein de l’équipe Fund Finance Real Estate, composée de 9 personnes. La mission consiste à aider l’équipe à assurer le suivi des structures d’investissement dédiées à l’activité Real Estate et en particulier les aspects suivants : Accompagnement de l'ensemble des opérations (investissements, cessions, flux cash upstream et downstream) en relation avec l'équipe d'investissement ; Participation à la gestion quotidienne des fonds, des structures intermédiaires et des actifs en lien avec l'Administrateur et le Property Manager ; Calcul et analyse des performances des structures d’investissement ; Gestion de la dette externe et participation au calcul et à l'analyse des covenants bancaires et règlementaires ; Revue des arrêtés comptables trimestriels et des comptes annuels en lien avec les différents prestataires basés à Paris, Luxembourg et aux US; Participation à la rédaction des rapports annuels et à l'élaboration des reportings spécifiques à l’activité Real Estate (requêtes ponctuelles ou récurrentes, internes ou externes) ; Coordination avec les différents prestataires (CACs, administrateurs, comptables, dépositaires, banques, avocats...). Profil : Master en Finance ou équivalent Une première expérience en cabinet d’audit, contrôle financier ou finance est appréciée Bonnes compétences financières et comptables Bonne maîtrise du pack office et appétence pour les outils Anglais professionnel Compétences Requises : Rigueur et sens critique Proactivité et efficacité Dynamisme et bonne communication Grande capacité d’organisation et esprit d’équipe To enhance your recruitment prospects and prepare for potential interviews, please consult our Resource Center.
