Manager, Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) Singapore

Alvarez & Marsal's Global Transaction Advisory Group (GTAG) Singapore is seeking a Manager to provide private equity and corporate clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries known for hands-on, action-oriented work.

The GTAG team consists of former Big Four CPAs and CAs who assess quality of earnings, analyze cash flows, review working capital, identify key business drivers, review forecasts, and conduct comprehensive management discussions for PE and corporate transactions. The team routinely collaborates with operational, tax, commercial, and IT professionals to deliver integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities include assisting with core financial due diligence to identify risks and deal-breakers, analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, operational data), constructing deal-oriented reports for PE and corporate clients, participating in client meetings with target company management, and mentoring junior staff. Between transactions, the Manager will assist with building and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements: Former Big Four background with FDD/M&A experience. Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize data into insights. Experience with PE-backed transactions preferred. Based in Singapore.
